There is a minimum of 7 day advance notice required for all orders

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of booking and final balance is due 5 business days prior to the event. We accept cash and credit/debit cards as methods of payment. There is a 3% charge for using a credit card.

Sales Tax and Gratuity are additional.

It is necessary to add travel fees of $2.50 per mile for locations outside a 20 mile radius outside Pickerington, Ohio.

For insurance purposes, a liability waiver will need to be signed if you will be serving dishes aside from MoonMountain BBQ catered dishes.

The optional cost to have our BBQ Pit on-site at your event is $350.

Our menu can be customized for any event.

Whole HOG roasts will require additional charges.

Gratuity 15% will automatically be charged to all 1/4, 1/2 and Full Moon Packages.

All events require BOTH a signed contract AND an invoice from MoonMountain BBQ.
